"Should stay lost.", The only reason i am reviewing this is because there are some reviews here that are wrongly giving Deep Space Nine a bad time! Voyager is dull and boring and the worst in the Star trek family it had so much potential and failed miserably.

Deep Space Nine is light years ahead and still stands up welll with todays Sci-Fi TV. It is deeper and tells a story it does not simply push a reset button each week and move on.

Voyager will not leave a lasting impression like DS9.

"It's Star Trek!", I've been asked to rate this purchase. Well, I ordered the entire set of Star trek, and that's what I got! And I must say, it turns out that I got seven seasons of Star Trek! Yup, seasons one through seven.

Sorry, couldn't help but have fun with this. Yes, I'm happy with my purchase. But being a trekki (trekky?)I already knew every word of every episode before they said it!.

If you are thinking of buying TNG, then I suggest you buy it!

"FECES!!!", To call this DVD set "Pirate Quality" would be an ABSOLUTE insult to video pirates around the world. I have seen some pretty awful quality in my time, from $65 Pakistani Bagpipes, to 25 cent screwdrivers that snap in half the firt time you try to drive a screw.
Then when you think quality cannot possibly get any worse, VOÍLA! Along comes the ST Voyager DVD set to make a liar out of you.
The packaging is pathetic! Paramount must have spent more on buying off the conscience of their quality-control personnel than they would have on real packaging.
I TRIED to watch the first episode and it kept sputtering and stopping. I thought, "Not to worry, I have an industrial strength DVD ripper. I'll burn a backup." Then I thought, "Just in case, I'll start disc 2 ripping while I'm watching the first." My industrial strength ripper not only couldn't read the bloody thing, it didn't even recognize it as being a video type disc! That's where my efforts stop.
Tomorrow the whole set goes to Paramount in a plain brown wrapper with a simple note: I don't want a refund. Just keep this junk!

"My star trek", I would like to say the videos were great but I did not receive them. The retailer tried to cheat me out of my money.

"Voyager series a keeper", Enjoyed this series on tv, and enjoying it even more now that I can watch it in its entirety. This series did a fine job of character development. I also like the occasional references to the previous series Deep Space Nine. Many of the special features are excellent as well, describing the technology of the time (some of it surprisingly simple), and how ideas for the show had some roots in real science. A quality viewing experience...

"Finally a price break", A 3 star review may not be fair becuase I haven't watched a single episode of Voyager, but have bought the first three seasons here at Amazon. Finally a price break down to $35.50 per season. I will get them all not and watch them.

I had to collect all TNG and DS9 over a long time on eBay never paying more than $50/season (shipping incl.). It took forever to win them all that way. Now I can just buy TOS, VOY and ENT for $35/each with free shipping. This is as good as I can expect.

Thank you Amazon for finally dropping the prices.

"Works surprisingly well for young girls", My 10 year old daughter fell in love with this series an has watched *every* episode at least once. It has great female role models and situations that are mostly simple enough for her to understand, and yet ethically complex and positive enough to make great learning examples.

"WATCH OUT FOR BOOTLEGS AND IMPORTS!!!", While the price has finally come down on the official Voyager series and I will now finally buy it so I can see them all without commercials I must warn you of Bootlegs and Fake Bootleg Imports. All of the items listed in the customer photos in a single box, colored kind of blue grey with a number 3 or 4 on the front of the box are bootlegs. How do I know? A seller sold me one without telling me it was any different from the official paramount version. the company was Huoyue, the paramount info on the box was incorrect, there was no barcode, there were misspellings on the box and typos. I have heard that the ones with Chinese lettering on them are bootlegs as well but I can not confirm this but at those low prices it must be. Take my advise, if you want the real thing buy it from sellers saying it isn't a bootleg or buy it from amazon. If you want to support crime then buy the bootleg. Sure the real ones are overpriced, paramount does that and it is sad when you consider how much cheaper shows like Stargate SG1 are.

"Star Trek Voyager is great but the Quality of my Dvds was poor!", I never had the option of watching this series while it was on the air. So, when they dropped the price, no by much, I got excited and I got me a set to watch. Little did I know that 1 in 3 disc was so messed up that every d.v.d. player have won't read it, or it has such a bad skip that 20 minutes of good shows are unwatchable. The buyer beware~!

"OVER PRICED STILL", They have dropped the price of Voyager to $378 but is still over priced. Why is it the UK seasons are $26? That's $187 for all 7 seasons. Why does America get ripped and the UK get's the price of the season dropped so cheap .
