I bought Chicken Hunter after downloading the trial version of the original German game "Moorhuhn X." It provides endless entertainment, as each new game is different from the last. There are MANY ways to earn points, and (so I've heard) even gain access to a bonus level by completing certain objectives.

First shoot the out house then the chicken on the pot,shoot the grill to the car,hood & door and you'll be able to shoot the chk in the car, to shoot the ch in the oven wait til he closes the door then shoot the knob to turn the oven on, when done shoot roasted chk 50pts, go to the tree and shoot his mouth, you'll loose several pts but then a key will appear in the leaves shoot the key 25pts, go to the lockbox with the X and shoot it 25pts, a machine gn will appear be quick going back & forth. the chk in the sunflower 25pts, the gate 10pts, scarecrowhat 5pts,mailbox 5pts,the flashcard that the rooster shows don't shoot the chicken,but the flower,apple,sock, sun range from 10 to 30pts. haven't figured out how to open the safe once it falls on the fishing chk.

We love this game. There are some tricks we've learned. The chicken fishing-if you wait a safe falls for 50 pt. The chick with the pan, after several hits you get 75pt. Shoot the flash cards for pts. The kite is 25pt, hit the falling chick for 50 more. We can't get the chick in the stove. Any ideas. I found "Revenge of the Chickens" downloadable only. No disc available. I think it is similar. We also would lower the rating. My 3y/o and 7 y/o love it. There isn't any blood or guts. They just squawk...

"Very Amusing"
This game is really cute but there are some tricks that I haven't been able to figure out yet and cannot find any information online or elsewhere that would help.

To get the chicken in the car, first shoot up the car. You will shoot the door off, shoot the hood, and then shoot off the grill. Then he won't immediately duck back down. The one in the outhouse can be revealed by shooting the sign in the door (is it a heart?). Listen for the sound of the bees when you are elsewhere. The louder it gets, the more points you will get for shooting that chicken. But, if it gets too loud, you're in trouble. Minus 50 points for getting bee stung. Do not shoot the snail or the white flag or the porcupines! Still haven't figured out the one in the oven. Lost a lot of points trying to though.
