"A great aid in your computing.", I really love this stand/docking station for my laptop. It has extra USB ports so that you can just leave everything connected when you disconnect the laptop for mobile use.

It is an inexpensive way to address the need for both a laptop and a desk top computer. One simple hook-up and the conversion is complete.

"Don't buy it!", Well in my case, the USB hub wasn't working. Design is fine but your laptop's temperature will go up (depending on the model).

"Universal Laptop Docking Station", I don't know a lot about computers, so I didn't realize that because this is a USB docking station, that the only available connections were USB ports. So, I bought this for a laptop along with an external keyboard, and I couldn't connect the keyboard. I ended up having to purchase adapters for the keyboard and also for the speakers I had. Luckily, my printer connected through the USB ports. The adapters were available through Amazon, but I thought that I would just be able to go to a local electronics store and get them and that's not so easy. Luckily I did a little more research before purchasing those - you have to make sure that the adapter for the speakers is an external soundcard, not just speaker adapters, or it will mess up the laptops sound card. Other than that, the docking station works well and I don't mind the bulkiness - it gives the laptop a good angle. Just thought I might not be the only one not aware that there were not additional connections available with it.

"Great product! ", This laptop docking station is perfect for adjusting the height of the screen and convenient with its four extra USB ports. The only thing that bothered me at first was that I'm used to closing my laptop to put it to sleep. With this design that's not possible. On the other hand, the portion that covers the keyboard is nice for documents if you need the space.

"Nice stand with one drawback", This is a beautiful will made stand for the laptop. The connections in the back are well organized. My only complaint is that you cannot use the laptop keyboard when it is in the stand. They could have designed the top to be an open frame. I use a full external keyboard so it is not a big problem, but sometimes you want to access the keyboad on the laptop.

"Comfortable laptop solution", A docking station is a must if you've switched from a desktop to a laptop for all/most of your work, especially for us "veterans" who prefer a standard keyboard and mouse. The handle makes the Kensington easy to move, the built-in usb ports make using the keyboard and mouse - and thumb drive, portable hard drive, palm, printer, etc. - extremely convenient. It takes literally seconds to set up for use, and the design allows all those cables to be neatly stashed out of sight. I can do my editing and communicating now as easily on the road as I can at home. Its affordability was a plus.

"Handy", Very good product, use it with my HP DV1000 and really keeps the keyboard from suffering specially if you play games on it. Only down side is that if you set a microphone you practically sit the computer on the plugin

"Fun and Functional", Good quality and fairly adjustable in order to get a comfortable angle for viewing. Does a great job of reducing neck strain from always looking down at my notebook screen. Plus the price is right. Though, it is a bit of an odd looking contraption when loaded with a computer. I get a lot of questions in the office from folks who want to know what it is and many stares from passers by. So, I would recommend it if you like attention.

"Great for using a laptop as a primary computer.", Although I don't see this as a real "space saver," I love this laptop stand. I had been using a wireless keyboard and mouse for a while, and buying this stand just made sense. I really like having the screen raised up so that I'm not looking down at the screen anymore. It's also nice to use the USB ports on the stand so I don't have to mess with a lot of wires when I need to take my laptop out of the stand. I keep my iPod and bluetooth thingy plugged into the stand now, and when I get a printer it will also stay plugged into the stand. I also love the document holder. I'm a student, and I love being able to clip research sources or assignment sheets so that I have them right in front of me while I'm working. Be careful clipping things up there though; if you push on the clip too hard, you may end up pressing keys on the laptop's keyboard. The only thing I was really annoyed by was the fact that the stand needs to be plugged in in order for the USB ports to work. I guess this makes a lot of sense after I gave it some thought, but I was not expecting to have to search for an open outlet. Overall, I'm very happy with this stand. I just wish it were more of a "space saver," and I wish the plug were less bulky so it could fit in a power strip better.

"Pretty helpful", A lot cheaper than model-specific docking stations, and 'does what it says on the tin'. Quite stylish too, as docking stations go.
