"Quality product", You are supposed to plug this strait into the computer but this product worked even in the middle of a 50 foot chain of all kinds of USB cables(none active other than this one). "The Perfect USB 2.0 Extension Cable", I haven't had much time to mess with it yet but it seems to work great right out of the packaging. I'd highly recommend this product. I got it mainly so I could use it with my PS3 and it seems to work great! It had a nice snug fit when I plugged my controller USB cable into it, so you don't have to worry about the two USB cables coming apart, and my controller immediately started charging. I was also able to navigate the XMB on my PS3 just fine. I still have to test it with my Logitech racing wheel, which is the main reason I got it. I've uploaded some more relevent product pictures for everyone because the first one is way off.

"Works without fuss", I'm using this cable along with another 6-foot passive cable connected to a 4-port USB hub. It works exactly as expected. The female USB connector has a good, snug fit.

"Worked great, but can't be chained on a Mac.", These worked great, and were invaluable for my application. Connected to a Windows PC, I was able to connect five in a chain, getting 80 ft. of extension, which was great. On my Mac (an iMac), however, I was only able to use one extension cable; when I chained two my device was no longer recognized by the computer.

"Works as described", I use it with a WiFi antenna in my camper and it keeps the signal from degrading. Works as described!

"Works great", I needed to get USB to a cabinet separate from my desk that houses three printers and a back-up hard drive. This has worked perfectly and I haven't needed to use the power-assist on the USB hub to keep all four peripherals working at once. The cost seems reasonable.

"A USB extender that works!", I bought an Astak wireless video camera that uses a USB output of its receiver to the computer. Its range was limited so I had to extend the receiver about 60 feet from the computer. First I bought some rather inexpensive USB extenders (for about $11 bucks each) that were supposed to be USB2 and able to stack one onto the other. I was able to connect two of them, barely, but not three. I needed four. So after looking at many reviews, choose the TrippliteTripp Lite U026-016 USB2.0 Certified Active Extension Cable - 16ft. Glad I did, I only bought three and stacked together, they worked flawlessly for my wireless video camera. I was even able to use one of the cheap ones for my final cable, though I think I will go ahead and buy another Tripplite to put in it's place.

"Worth every penny!", Excellent build quality. Extends USB controllers with no signal loss whatsoever. Save yourself the aggravation of skimping on a few dollars - when you plug this in and see how effortless it is to use, you'll be glad you went with it!
