The most important thing I feel I learned with this CDrom is using the effects, optimizing settings thoroughly, getting the best possible quality without paying for it with huge file sizes, and balancing the settings so my artwork isn't drastically changed when imported into other media programs.

I feel this CDrom is perfect for beginners but if intermediate users viewed the lessons they would still learn a bit and enjoy it. I know I did. ;o)
