"Well, not as good as the first one + Lambert and Sam talk diffrent"
Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow was OK but Splinter Cell, Rainbow six, Halo, & now GHost Reacon were all rally good! So Pandora Tomorrow was not that fun!!

"Pandora Tomorrow, The unloved middle child"
All we hear about, when it comes to Splinter cell is how innovating the first and third one was. Or, the mercenary v. spy multiplayer. It's sad by how much people ignore the second game. I found it a great game in it's own right. I'm not badmouthing the other two. I'm a splinter cell fanatic, I own all three games. They're awesome games. But Pandora Tomorrow turned me on to the series it should least get a little more credit by putting the game series on the market

"Sam Fishers' pandora tomorrow"
S.C. Pan. Tom. finally came to the PS2! Worth the wait when you consider the exclusive extras not found in the xbox & pc versions... including alternate pathways in some stages, ability to disable booby traps, post mission stats scoring screen, an all-new jungle mission, and listening to in-mission situation reports(via the USB headset, not included). I was able to buy the game on sale for just 11$ new from a local retailer. Don't worry, the beautiful graphics hold their own vs. the xbox version. Highly rated/Highly recommended. A must have for PS2 stealth-action fans. 1-4 players, rated teen for blood/violence/drug references, an "online" ready game. Nice job ubisoft and thanks for the extras!

"Great Game for stealth lovers.Infiltrate, investigate & dominate the way 2 the top."
Splinter Cell 2:Pandora Tomorrow is a terrific game for stealth/action lovers as you have good choice where to sneak up on guards. The Splinter Cell series were ispired by Clancy, but in games was inspired by the Metal Gear Solid series as you are a good guy who needs to infiltrate enemy teritory in order to build imformation from them and then put a stop to `em.I was not really planning to get this one first as i was going to get the original one(Tom Clancys Splinter Cell 1) along with Metal Gear Solid 2:Sons Of Liberty(In short MGS:SoL) but they werent available so i took this as a last decision from GameStation. Its a great game. You play as Sam Fisher,a James Bond- like Secret Agent who is told to firstly infiltrate a Indonisian Territory first arriving in a river then you follow your way to success K.O.ing guards and hiding then yourself(Fisher) in a dark spot you start off with cheap techniques then learn better ways and how to scare info. out of guards by threatening to (SNAP!) hurt there necks you also can rescue hostages and ask them info. as they have been listening to the guards talking.I have only got the game today and have only got as far as the bit where you have to get to a woman but passing a man with NightVision goggles and has got drone guns.
OVERALL:A great game but i have not played the other famus stealth games,Metal Gear Solid so i can not compare yet,I plan to get EVERY Splinter Cell(SC for short) and Metal Gear Solid(MGS) games for my PlayStation-2 and maybe try M:I:Operation Surma. So anyone who likes stealth/action games should try this game.
remember this for any game,no matter how hyped or popular it is tou should always Try Before You Buy(I.e Rent,Lend temporarily swap) you never know you could dammnn your self for spending so much on a game you dont like.

"Pandora Tomorrow"
This game is a really really good game. It has awesome graphics, the controls are great once you get used to them. The only thing is that it is really dark, but then it has to be. I thought it was really easy but it had some hard parts to it especially the last level. Probably the best game I have ever gotten, worth the money.

What our customer's say!

"Back for More", This is my second go round with Mr. Fisher, and though I had a better time with him this adventure, I still can't say that the time we shared was great--good, yes, but not great. I guess I'm just not a stealth-game guy; I like shooting stuff, killing stuff, and doing both while making as much noise as possible. Ultimately, though, I think it comes down to this: there are games you can't wait to play again even while you're playing them; games you enjoy playing while you're playing them, but have no interest in playing again; and games that are so awful that you've no interest in playing them to the end. For me, both the first two Splinters are the second type of game. But I guess I'm a glutton for punishment, because Chaos Theory here I come!

"Sam Fisher returns to stop the terrorists.", Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow features super-agent Sam Fisher attempting to stop a mysterious plot by Darah Dan Doa (Blood and Prayer) rebellion leader Suhadi Sadono that is known only as "Pandora Tomorrow." Sadono's plan includes a daily insurance call to locations around the United States to prevent the release of an unknown biological agent. Until these locations are known, Sadono cannot be captured or killed, making any traditional progress against his movement difficult, if near impossible. Enter Sam Fisher, National Security Agent super-spy and the original Splinter Cell agent of the NSA's Third Echelon program.

The story starts out with a Sadono-led attack on the U.S. Embassy to Dili in East Timor (Indonesia). As Fisher, you're objective is to sneak in and find Douglas Shetland in order to start the trail of information that will hopefully lead to the full discovery of Sadono's plot. After trailing Sadono through multiple locales, the locations of the viruses are soon discovered and disabled, except for the one held by a rogue-CIA agent who intends to take revenge on the U.S. Fisher must then infiltrate Los Angeles international airport in order to neutralize the last sample of the virus.

Pandora Tomorrow expanded on the original Splinter Cell's gameplay with several different moves, including the ability to hang from your feet on pipes to shoot, the ability to reach high ledges and windows with an extension of a modified split-jump move, and something called a "SWAT turn" that greatly reduces Fisher's visibility passing by doorways. In place of the training facility introductory mission of the first game, the first level starts off with an area that walks the player through the basics of stealth movement. The graphics are a bit of a step-up from the original, although much of the game must be done through night-vision goggles again (or with your TV's brightness turned up). The sound is, once again, spectacular. The music fits very well in with the mood of each of the levels and areas. There was also a good amount of humorous dialogue between Fisher and his fellow agents (Lambert, Coen, and Grímsdóttir), a decent amount of which is dark humor. I believe that, in order to actually do a job like this and maintain one's sanity, some type of dark humor has to be there. Therefore, I not only appreciated the comical aspect of this but also, from my perspective, the realism. Pandora Tomorrow also introduces an online multiplayer aspect of spies versus mercenaries, which adds to the game's overall value and replayability. Overall, I find Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow to be a must-play that should be in everyone's collection. It is a step above and beyond the original.

"Edge Of Your Seat Suspense", Pandora Tomorrow is one of the best Splinter Cell games in the series. The action is awesome and the stealth is so suspensful that it feels like your heart is beating 100x faster than usual! The AI on the guards is also very well done. I recommend this game to anyone who loves action video games!

"Not as good as the first", Not as good as the first Splinter Cell but still was tons of fun to play.

"WARNING ABOUT ONLINE", I bought this game for it's awesome online experience.....but it should be noted that Ubisoft has takent the servers for the PS2 and PC servers down for online.

"THIS IS GOOD", I like this game a lot. It is fun and it took me 4 months to finish it. This game is not educational but it teaches you to be patient. Here are my pros and cons
Pros
1.Fun to play
2.Good gadgets
3.Good graphics
4.Online plays fun
5.Easy to control once you've had it a week or 2
Cons
1.Lack of guns (Only a pistol and an assault rifle with gadgets on and a sniper scope. And theres a few grenades and explosives)
2.Not much ammo (So you have to be wise with what you have)
3.Stealth can be boring
Verdict: You will like this game but buy the new 1 Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. I have not got that but when I have the money to I will.

"Hey there Splinty!!!!!", I am a huge fan of the Splinter Cell series. I think it had the potential to be the best game series ever! The original was fantastic. A true instant classic. It did however leave many doors unopened and many options for improvement. This game, the 2nd Splinty, is very satisfying and very dissapointing. It is great beause the graphics are improved considerably but the levels are SO dark, you end up playing 90% of the game in night vison black and gray rendering the graphics average. Also this game is sooooooooo short. The 1rst is ver very long with a involved story. This one is just a terrorism scare with Smallpox, nothing original, no plot twists. The story ends before it gets started. This game was very rushed. Also I read a lot about how it would be more of a character driven story. There is nothing personal revealed about the characters of Sam and Lambert. The dialoge is improved but not imensly. The levels are funner, that train lvel is great! But sadly this game was very short with no improvements but graphics.

"Methodical. Intuitive, and Fun.", Stealth games have always seemed a little awkward to me. To be fair, the only stealth games I played were Metal Gear Solid games. So, the awkward controls, horrible camera angles, and needless movies made me ignore all other stealth games. I finally decided to try Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow on a whim. Let me say, wow!

First off, the controls are intuitive and easy to get accustomed to. They just feel right. The first mission is a sort of a tutorial that takes much of the mystery away from the game. The on screen meters work very well. All the actions are intuitive. They include jumping, crouching, aiming, zoom, wall hugging, peeking, throwing, whistling, etc.

The best part of the game is the fun, thoughtful gameplay that is just pure joy. For example, instead of entering a room and blasting away, you need to shoot a light to get yourself completely in the dark, use an optic cable at a door to make sure it's clear, open the door to the room, shoot out any lights that you can, shoot or avoid cameras, walk to the shadows, whistle to attract a guard and knock him out. You need to this silently without getting noticed. This approach to game playing is both refreshing and revolutionary when done right, as it is done here. When the flow of the game is moving along (the first half of the game), it's just plain addictive.

There are numerous flaws that take away from this game though. The biggest flaw is the fact that you cannot save anytime you want. Even though the checkpoints are numerous, in many circumstances you'll still have to kill the same two guards over and over again. This is further amplified by the fact some missions (the latter ones) are not well designed or lack information. For example, the fifth mission is probably the worst. You need to follow a person who sometimes can see behind his back. Sometimes, I would get mission failure for almost no reason. For example, for an hour and a half, I kept getting failures without any explanation. Only when looking at a walkthrough on the Internet did I realize why I failed and what I needed to do. This was not fun.

Also, the latter mission get annoying. There are entirely too many enemies. It moves from a stealth game to a shooter. This is not that bad in itself, but the shooting is pretty random with the pistol, and for the main gun, ammo is very limited for some reason in random missions (you have no idea when you need to save ammo and when you can shoot more freely), and close up fighting is akward. Walking up to a persona and hitting someone fails about 20% for really no fallable reason. Another annoying factor is the jumping. There are many ledges that seem like you can jump onto, only to find out you can't, and there are many ledges that can be jumped onto, but the awkward jump only works about 1/4 the time.

Also, there is multiplayer. There is no slit-screen co-op mode, so that took away a lot of the fun. There is on-line competition where it's two against two, but being fodder for a bunch of anonymous gaming nerds does not appeal to me, so I didn't bother with multiplayer.

All in all, it's a good game. Remove the flaws and define and refine the latter missions, and this would be one of the greatest games ever.

Pros:
Methodical
Intuitive controls
Good graphics
Adjustable camera
Emphasis on thought and strategy

Cons:
Random lack of ammo
Uneven missions
Close up action feels awkward
Pistol shots to head is almost random
Jumping seems weird
Latter Mission design sometimes unintuitive or lack information
Multiplayer is worthless (no co-op!)

Time to Complete: 20 hours

Difficulty: Medium

Frustration Level: Medium

"Fun, but just not fun enough", If I had to choose between Splinter Cell and Metal Gear Solid 2, I'd buy Splinter Cell. But, if it was Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow and Metal Gear Solid 3 ... I may have a problem. Splinter Cell was very fun and had many levels, but Splinter Cell 2 just wasn't as good.

1. Fun - I gave this part a 4 simply because it was fun, but it didn't have many levels and the difficulty was strange. I'm mean, some levels were easy and short, and others were long and hard. 4 out of 5 for fun.
2. Educational value - I gave this a 5 because this game teachs you patience.
3. Durable - No idea what this means.
4. Overall - Overall, I give this a game a 4 because its Splinter Cell and you got to love Splinter Cell right... Right?

"Just not as fun as before", Man I couldn't wait for this game. I played the first, never beat it, but had alot of fun. Then I heard Pandora Tomorrow was coming out and I was excited. So I rented it, it just wasn't as fun. It felt like you lost some of your moves and got replaced with new ones. The story is... well It starts with a embassy being attacked then goes into something about French scientest freezing themselves then getting their brains taken out. I felt that it wasn't necessary for the story. Don't get me wrong it is a good game w/ great graphics, but just not as fun as before. I can't wait for Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory ( aka Splinter Cell 3 ).
