"Really liked the game!", My daughter really likes this game! There's a lot to do within the game sequence - there are mini-games within the story that are fun additions. Many hours of problem solving skills disguised as fun!

"Nancy Drew Ghost Dogs Moon Lake", A good standard in the Nancy Drew pc mystery games. Not quite as exciting as some of the others, ie: Haunted Mansion, Secret of the Crystal Skull but still a blast to play along side your sleuthing 10y/o daughter.Not as complicated as Scarlet Hand but harder then say Creature of Kapu Cave. We love them and are down to our last two to purchase.

"If I had it my way.. 0 stars.. "WTF"", wtf.. I purchased this game hoping that it would be as fun Legend of the Crystal Skull... After playing that game I decided to play this one.. Only problem was I could not install the game. There are 2 computers and 3 laptops in my household.. I tried on EVERY SINGLE PC SO its not the computers I know its the game. I just wish I wouldn't have wasted my money on this. This review is for Danger on Deception Island.. I don't know why it says other games on other reviews. Anyway PLEASE don't waste your time or money on this game. It really sucked that I couldn't play it.

"Danger on Deception Island", In the beginning, it started kind of slow but as the story went along, it got more and more interesting. I thought the ending was really terrific

"The Haunted Carousel: Hauntingly Good!", In The Haunted Carousel, Nancy is visiting a theme park to solve the mystery of why the rides are acting very strange. The roller coaster suddenly stopped, and in the middle of the night, the carousel starts turning by itself. Nancy Drew comes to Captain's Cove amusement park when it is shut down. However, people are still working there, and Nancy is quick to meet these people and figure out their motives for possible sabotage.

This game was the first Nancy Drew computer game I played (I have now played seven, and I will be starting a new one as soon as possible.) This is probably one of the more scary ones out of the ones I have played. The Haunted House is even scarier than the person in the salt water taffy shop in Nancy Drew: Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon!


Even though it is pretty scary, it is also entertaining. There are puzzles, games and absolute oddities (the robot thing is definitly included). The ending is very exiting, and it really surprised me. (Now I know how to spot possible culprits early on. It won't surprise more experienced players, but it is really a quite good game. It is one of the simpler games. If you are looking for a more challenging game, I suggest you try Nancy Drew: Secret of the Scarlet Hand. The Haunted Carousel is definitly not very long compared to the other games, but is just as entertaining.

"ok, but too easy", this is my first Nancy Drew game. i was hoping for a challenge, but was disappointed.

the gameplay is very linear: Nancy has only one task after the other- no multiple assignments, and you'd precisely what to do next- there was barely any thinking involved. the work is in going from one location to another, like a robot. and you have to wear that stupid helmet every time you get on the bike. not to mention it's really hard to navigate while on the kayak. zzzzzzzzzzzz...

i got through Senior Detective within a few hours without hints. the graphics were good tho. this is still a fun game, but i wouldn't recommend it to anyone over the age of 12.

"One of the hardest ND games, IMO", I have played all the ND games. This was one of the hardest, to me. Just too much brain work. But it had a great story! Can't say I'd ever give any ND game 1 or less stars.

"Not for computers with Vista ", This is my twelve-year-old daughter's 2nd Nancy Drew cd, and she is loving it. Wonderful, fun, challenging, great for her English comprehension skills. One warning, however: it does not work on a new computer that runs on Vista! At least, it wouldn't load on our computers that run on Vista, and we had to get out the older computer . . .

"Surprising", This game was great. The theme was awesome the graphics were great. I have 5 nancy drew games. And I realized when I finished this game that it was short. I finished it in 2 long sittings. But I was amazed because usually nancy drew games are difficult for me and I would have to download the strategy guide. But with this game it was simple. When I was done I sat open mouth thinking thats it!?:( Usually it takes me a couple of weeks before I finish games. I thought that this game didnt have alot of puzzles also. But overall this game was good. I enjoyed it but In my mind I thought there has to be more. But you should still get this game. If you are a beginner this is a great game to play. HINT: BEFORE GOING IN THE WOODS LOOK IN THE CABINET OVER THE SINK AND GET A MAP. TRUST ME YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO OUT THERE WITHOUT MAP. ALSO THERE ARE ALOT OF TURNS. SO YOU SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE HELP YOU IF YOU ARE LITTLE. Hope I helped!
