"Good pad for the price"
This is a good dance pad for the price. I would have given it 4 or 5 stars but the pad tended to shift around too much under my feet during game play which made it more difficult to play ddr. It needs some better grips or to be a bit heavier to weigh it down. Other than that this pad works great.
One thing I did notice is that you can't have a pad plugged into the first player slot and a controller or guitar hero guitar plugged into the second player slot because the dance pad will not work properly.

"Better than the one that comes with the game!"
I think that this product would work better with a hard surface but it still does the trick. It works better than the pad that came with the game and it looks better. The only complaint is that it can be a little touchy but other than that I think it works great!

"Cheap Imitation"
This pad is just a cheap imitation. It's not a Konami liscenced pad. It even came with horribly translated instructions. The sensors don't work properly and the pad's material is not the same as a good DDR pad. I seriously can't play with this mat. I would recommend that you buy a GOOD pad and not a 10 dollar one. I'm sending this piece of cheap plastic back from where it came from. Buying this pad was a mistake on my part. Don't make the same mistake as I.

I bought this and found it works just like the arcade version I love. It was easy to use and easy to connect and was made well. I would recommend this if you love the game DDR.

"There Are Better Soft Pads Available", The biggest problem I found with this pad is that the fabric on the surface is similar to a windbreaker material. The pad is responsive and works well for low-intensity steps, but once you really start moving and performing the higher intensity steps (EASY-MEDIUM difficulty setting) that top fabric tends to "bunch up" giving the sensation of slipping. In fact, there have been many instances where I've come very close to tripping up and falling on this mat because of it. Also, previous reviewers who have said this mat has ripped on them I'm certain is because of this same flaw. There are much better soft dance pads out there and I recommend the In the Groove Dance Pad/Game Bundle for PlayStation 2Here's why: The "In The Groove" Dance Bundle comes with TWO DANCE PADS AND the game. So for $19.99 even if you throw out the game getting TWO pads for twenty bucks is still a fantastic deal. I'm still currently using the mats that come in that bundle and they are my dance pad of choice.

"Dance pad", I bought two of these pads for a playstation 2. My wife loves them. She has used these pads only for the past month but she uses them every day. So far no problems with them working.

"This is a good product", My daughter is the one who uses this product and she seems to be having a blast! It's good exercise too.

"Fun item", Bought this as a Christmas gift for our 9 YO daughter. She really enjoys playing it. Item seems to be good quality, and works well. Only problem we experienced is the mat slides around on our carpet during game play. Could be remedied with some kind of included add on?

Item was shipped quickly, and packaged well to prevent damage. Price was very competitive with similar items.

"Not real happy with seller", Seller entered incorrect tracking information - then gave me wrong delivery date. Mat came in half a plastic bag - not the best packaging for a gift.

"Great DDR Pad!", This is a great pad for the price. It works great, and shipped fast.

"Doesn't work with a ps2/usb adapter", I bought this to go through a ps2/usb adapter into my pc, and it doesn't even read as a normal ps2 gamepad. I even bought a brand new adapter thinking it was my old one starting to give out; and still got no improvement.

"cheap", you get what you pay for.
they lasted a couple months, but as my fiancee and i progressed, these little babies started warping, buttons stopped working right or even responding at all. oh well...

"Happy with our purchase", I was concerned about buying this product because of all the other reviews I read but it worked out fine. My son is happy now that he and his brother can both play at the same time.
