"Great battery", Excellent product, and still holding a great charge, even after a year. I recommend having 1 or 2 spare batteries if you use your camera even moderately.

"gone fast", I bought this Canon NB-3L Rechargeable Battery Pack for my canon sd550. For this camera model, you need the 2nd battery pack because the power was gone very fast after charging it (not more than 3 times of taking pictures...i didn't mean shutter). Unlike, canon nb-5l that I have for sd 850 IS, I can take the pictures for more than 3 or 4 events at least.

"Nothing beats original manufacturer's replacement parts", I'm not one to usually buy anything after market or knock-off, so buying anything but a Canon brand battery wasn't even an option for me. The battery charged quickly and has held a charge thru 50+ pictures and some video. This is the first replacement I bought since buying my camera in 2003, so I'm hoping to get about 3-4 years out of this battery as well - so far, so good.

"Great", I received it quickly and without any problems. The battery has had no problems; it's reliable and lasting.

"Exactly what we ordered", This is a replacement battery for our original camera battery which has died a slow death. Considering the first battery lasted about 4 years, we are hoping for the same from this one!

"Exactly What I Was Lookiong For!", The product was a genuine Canon battery and fit my SD550 as promised. I've bought a cheap one off eBay before after losing my OEM one, and was HIGHLY disappointed with it's 5 MINUTE battery life. This battery is legit as they come and lasted just as long as my original battery, Great deal for the price. Deifnitely a MUST BUY if you're looking for a similar battery!

"Buy the real thing", When I first got my camera, I tried to save money by getting the generic 'equivalent' battery. Big mistake. After fully charging it, the camera would take a few pictures before showing low battery. I kept on shooting anyway, just to see what would happen. It didn't turn off, but I noticed that the side of the camera became much hotter than when shooting with the Canon brand battery. I tossed the generics and bought the real one, and have had no trouble since.

Don't try to be cheap; go directly to name brand.
