Others say...
"Gamepad works great, why is everyone complaining?" I bought this gamepad over two years ago now, and it's still working perfectly. Both analog sticks still work, all button still work, and nothing's come loose or scrapped or otherwise. And I use this gamepad quite frequently on TrackMania, NHL, and other games.
Though I must warn you of one little bug: the Logitech drivers are awful. DO NOT INSTALL THEM. After a year of using the Logitech drivers myself, the controller started going crazy, showing button presses and analog movement when I hadn't done anything. Uninstalling the Logitech drivers and reverting to the regular old Windows plug-and-play drivers solved the issue. Hope that helps all you people posting bad reviews. ;-)
"Great game gear for computer." I was already using this product in India. I came to US and was wanting one to play my games. Race games, arcade / sports whatever, this plays good and great product to go for.
"Right Anolog Lost Calibration " I had this controller for about a 3 weeks before the right analog stick went haywire. Try buying the ChillStream or even a 360 controller. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
"Really good service and merchandise" The PC gaming controller came in good condition and worked perfectly ever after. It was shipped promptly and would buy again from this seller.
"Bet you did not know. . ." Xbox 360 Controller
Bet you did not know that the xbox 360 controller w/usb connector works on the p.c. Also, most games are configured with the controller being the default game pad for p.c. Save time and money. Easy driver updates for vista from microsoft. Save a couple of bucks and calories- just do yourself a favor. Also the wireless controller works really well.

What our customer's say!
"Great Quality... For a While", I bought this controller a while ago when I bought Halo 2 for the PC. It worked great.
After that game was over and done with it sat unused until I decided to buy Cabela's Dangerous Hunts for the PC. It worked great until a few weeks ago. The left analog stick began to "stick" in certain positions. Now, it just refuses to work.
This is great for your occasional PC gamer, but if you intend to use it for long periods of time then I'd suggest buying something else.
"wears out too easy", I have to agree with other reviewers that the D-pad and analog sticks seem to wear out too soon. I guess that's what you get for a $20 product...
"For me perfect", IMO this is a very nice controller. The joysticks spring back to center well. I don't use the D-pad. The game comtroller comes with software and makes a easy install. If you don't care about the rumble force Then this game pad is very nice. I use it for my PC playing DIRT. So much better then my old one. If you have ever played with the PS2 this controller feels about the same. Buttons are easy to program. For PC accessories Logitech seems to be the most reliable. My keyboard, mouse, game controller and speakers are all logitech and none have failed me yet. If you just want a simple joy stick controller then I would definately recommend this one.
"Excellent Deal", Hi,
I bought this for my 11 year old son, and he loves it.
The price was great and the delivery was prompt.
What else is there to say?
Except if you're looking for a great product at half the price, you found it.
"Logitech Dual Action USB Game Pad", The concept of a cheap USB controller is fantastic. The only thing that turns me off is the square-shaped analog stick socket(Compare to circular socket, or octagonal socket), which makes it difficult to move straight forward in First-Person perspective games.

"Good Gamepad", The Dual Action Game Pad is a good gamepad since it allows you to plug-and-play. It does not require any software with Windows XP. I was able to play NBA Live 07 and NBA Live 08 fine with it. I recommend this gamepad.
"Wouldn't suggest it", It is a very nice controller while it works, the profiler is amazing and easy to use, but the analog sticks are made of a cheap plastic. As many others have experienced, the plastic that rubs off gathers around the base and prevents the sticks from easy movement. They will get stuck and be hard to move. Other than that, the buttons work perfectly fine. Also the cord can be rather stubborn, if it twists accidentally, you will never be able to completely straighten it, it always has a little knot in it. Try a higher quality controller, I mean come on, whats the most you are going to pay? $25?
"Excellent PS Lookalike For PC", I have had this controller for... I don't even know how long anymore. It has performed wonerfully in anything I've tried it, nearly always with the default settings. I don't even use the custom Logitech software because it performs so well without it. It is getting close to needing to be replaced, and I'm looking at the wireless version with considerable interest. Easy to take apart for routine cleaning (and after all I've put the analog sticks through, a little maintenance can be expected) Only possible downside is that the controller is slightly too small for my marginally large hands. Obviously these things won't be perfect for everyone, but the size is only hardly an issue. Definitely another quality product from Logitech
"both good & bad (mostly just blah)", I purchased this to replace my mouse controller; I'll explain. I've tried various mouse controllers, trackballs, light pens, gel wrist pads and swivel arm rests, but none have ever felt as comfortable to use as a standard controller for a videogame console. Since I'm most comfortable with the PlayStation 3 controller, I chose to try this product on my notebook (also works with the average pc).
To set this up as a mouse replacement, go to the Tutorial, then the FAQs, then the topic "What is a persistent profile?", and from there you can also figure out how to customize the buttons however you'd like. The only catch is you have to have to activate the Logitech Profiler every time you turn on your computer, otherwise your gamepad won't register.
For the most part, this product is just okay and serves its purpose, but I will say that the joysticks can be frustrating in that sometimes the cursor will start drifting for no reason. Sometimes it will get so bad, I have to move both sticks rapidly until it stops. It's a minor inconvenience, but this suggests Logitech needs to work on making a better model. I mentioned this to them when rating the gamepad on their site, but I've had no response. I should also mention the directional-pad is one of the worst I've experienced, and the holes for the stick movement are square-shaped instead of round, and that's just plain idiotic.
The bottomline is it makes for a comfortable mouse controller, but I wouldn't rely on it for playing actual videogames.
"awesome controller", This is by far the best game controller for the pc.Works great with my MUGEN and works great with my N64 emulators. When i plug it in my pc its read automatically with no need to put in the software.....at least for me . I'm using windows XP so i don't know about you vista users.Anybody tells you that this doesn't work must have an old run down pc.
