"Good sound quality but bad mute button", This headset provides good sound quality, both receiving and transmitting. The problem with the mute button is that it must be pressed continuously, and if your thumb fatigues, you get a crackling sound on the line. Do not purchase this unit if you need to have the microphone on mute for extended periods (such as when recording). Get a unit which has a slide switch or toggle mute button.


"Panasonic Headset ", This product is not very comforable, The cord is way too short. You are very limited to where you could move. The jack for the Headset goes in the middle of the phone. Not good at all. Would not order this again for that reason.

"great", Headphones are exactly what I needed. Clear reception, people on the other end can hear me clearly. I would order these again if need be.

"Great Quality for the Price", I have been using this set with my cell phone in the car and so far it has worked really well. The sound quality has been excellent and the folding feature is a nice bonus to tuck it away. I purchased this set because the pins on my previous two $60 sets kept wearing out since I constantly take the headset off when leaving the car.

The only gripe I have is that the microphone boom does not sit comfortably in the down position around your neck when you are not using it so you have to swing it up, where it is very comfortable. When you get a call it's one more step to do while driving, but it only takes a couple of calls to get used to and it's pretty quick. I would not let it stop me from buying another one. It's a very good set and I would definitely buy another one at this price.

"Works fine, not great", It works well enough, but it is overall unremarkable. One thing that is somewhat annoying is that you have to keep pressing on the mute button to remain mute. It can be a useful feature because you will find it difficult to forget you are on mute, but often you want to be on mute because you need to do something that requires your hands (e.g. typing on a keyboard). It also folds to some extent, but that's not a useful feature, since I cannot imagine using this headset for travel. Overall it is not as comfortable as the old one.

"Minor issues, but a solid product", My only gripes with with my headset are a somewhat short cable and microphone pickup.
With the cable being as short as it is you really have to stay close to the phone. I would have liked a bit more room to move.
I have had complaints from callers saying they were having trouble hearing me. Since the boom mic is solid plastic, you can't bend it closer to your mouth. So all you can do is talk loudly so that your conversation can be heard.
This is a decent headset, but could use some tweaks.

"headache", I hate this it is too tight and gives me a headache even when adjusted all the way "open"

"Panasonic KX-TCA92 corded headset", I purchased this headset along with the Panasonic KX-TS600W corded phone, for my home office. The headset works great - it is noise cancelling and has a mute button built into the cord. These two products together are a great combination. They are perfect for the work that I do at home. I would not only highly recommend the headset but the phone as well.

"Great Headset", Only one to use with a Panasonic phone because it's the only one with good sound. Like the fold up part too.

"Headset for older cell phones", I purchased the wired headset for my non-bluetooth cell phone. It works fine and fits in the glove box nicely since it folds into a more compact shape. I would recommend it. It is simple. The mute button and volume control work fine.
