"good game", dont get me wrong i love halo alot i have all of them 1-3 and love them but this game is not differnt then the xbox one all it has new is some guns maps and a new warthog i know that sounds cool but its all online only look if you never played a halo game[like every one has]then pick up halo 2 its better but if you want to know the full confuseing story then get this game.


"Cartoon like but the game is all that matters", Halo what else can be said that other's have not?

I love the game, not the speed of play, not the FPS, not the graphics, not the other graphics cards of now days but just the game of capture the flag or team sports.

Halo has hit the mark on the spot. The ping response then frame rate the lag...does not matter I adjust and continue to play. The OBJECTIVE of what ever you select it to be is what matters.

I have some who see this game as a pawn ownership (most kills) but that is not any game in Halo,except slayer (don't play that unless you have the game hosted and one the best hardware known to man and also cheat).

The Objective is what matters and so you must achieve that regardless of your ping, or connection. This will mean you must hide, you must run, you jump, you switch weapons, you get better weapons...

That might mean go for the enemies flag, the skull in oddball, the mountain, some differently choose random spot on the map within a crown you just defend for a longer time.

It's about a goal here. Nothing else matters regardless of the splatter of text from others... If you get the job done then the chatter is just noise.

"Occasionally excellently repetitive", Great game, very fun to play, play is tight and enjoyable, AI is very good, love the music and the graphics aren't bad.

Unfortunately, in the middle of the game there is a long segment of repetitiveness, and it feels like your just slogging through the same enemies over and over again. If they took out the majority of that part it would be perfect.

"Fantastic game", This is a really good game, you can kill aliens all day long and you want more. the multi player mode its just great, tons of fun

Really funny ending in Legend Mode :)

"This is it? We wait for TWO years and this is all you can give us!?", Halo, the game is one of the main reasons the xbox did so well on the console market. All I have ever heard from most of my friends was "halo, halo 2..," so when I finally get my hands on the PC version of the game, I thought that I was going to be in for one of the most extreme and best experiences in game history. That's not really what happened.

Graphics. This game is showing its age, it was made in 2001!

Sound. This sound is amazing, the sound director certainly did his job.

Gameplay. Ahh, well, yes the AI does give you a great experience, it wears off quickly, it's not helped by the fact that the levels are very repetitive. The enemies you fight are either the Covanent or the Flood, that's it, 9 different enemies. Well the gameplay was not everything I was told.

Plot. Great story, nothing more to be said.

Multiplay. Yeah, its fun, but it doesn't live up to my expectations from the 6th best game of all time.

Replay. You may decide to occasionally hop into multiplayer, or play the campaign with a friend, but that is it.

Sorry, Halo fans, but on the PC, halo doesn't really hold up to the high expectation, especially when it was released two years after the xbox version. It would have faired better if it was released at the same time.
On the PC, halo is crushed by opposition like Unreal Tournament, Call of Duty, and Medal of Honor. That concludes the review, I am going to go play Unreal Tournament 2004.

"w00t", Hell, this is perfect for all the people who are to dumb to get a X Box :) although i already have halo for x box ill probly be getting this so i can tweak around with the maps and such :). I have seen screenshots of this at the official halo site and although there not as good as they are on the x box they are still good. but anyways, this is a must for anyone if you got halo or not.

"Halo... need I say more?", Just about anywhere you go people know and love Halo. Aside from what all the other reviews say about it being the best shooter ever (It is you know:) the interface is really very quick to learn. I am not usualy good at first person shooters but after a few minuits I had little trouble duking it out with the enemy... on easy. Ledgendary, the most dificult level, is near impossible still, but in various forums I hear it is very possible. All in all a very good buy.

""Port" isn't a dirty word in a situation like this!", And Halo will likely make an excellent port from XBOX to PC, likely featuring full support for modern 3-D cards, resolutions up to 1600x1200, new multiplayer head to head mode content, optimized LAN/online play, no coop play as I hear, and more! But it'll still be a great port and for XBOX owners, well, you really don't need it, and I don't plan to get it, since I already have HALO for XBOX! :)

"Halo rules all!", Halo was the absolute best game ever. I cant stand to wait another year to play it. THere are going to be two new kinds of warthogs, including a troop transport and a snow warthog, which is white and has better traction, and the old one will get a cannon that has to be recharged every three shots. There will also be a human ATV. Dont worry though, the scorpion will still be around. The The Covenant will have something very like a dropship, its called a covenant shadow with room nine people, it carries six, two are gunners who fire built in shades, and the driver. I have a hard time beliving it holds nine, but the website I checked said so. THere will also be a small version of the ghost. This time you will be able to drive the wraith tank, too. The ghost and banshee will stay. The MA5B will be replaced with a new, higher caliber, lower rate of fire rifle that also include a 2X scope. The new pistols will be highly automatic, and you can carry two at a time. Master Chief also has a new suit of armor. This time they will visit beta halo, as last time it was alpha. Cortana will be back. My prediction: Dr. Halsey survived on REACH and made Master Chief his new armor. Just so you all know: the forerunners created the covenant on the elites side. The covenants are split in to two groups: The Elites and The Prophets. The prophets have more control over them, though. It will be great plot as well as a great game.

"Halo rocks!!!", first things first. 1. this isnt your normal 1st person shooter. unlike most shooters, u carry only 2 guns and have fair amount of weapons to choose from. human weapons range from an automatic 50cal. pistol with scope, an assault rifle, shot gun, 14.5 mm armor piercing sniper rife, and a fat ... rocket launcher. covenant (the baddies ranging from little guys with big guns to bigger guys with... big guns)weapons are a plasma pistol with a longer-you-hold-down-trigger-the-more-powerful-the-shot mode of fire. the plasma rifle is an auto matic laser rifle (all plasma weapons can overheat and cant reload, so u have to pick up knew ones) the needler which resembles the hornet rifle from half life, but does a whole lot more damage, and theres new weapons in mp. the flamethrower may be a maybe, while the fuel rod cannon (covenant rocket/grenade launcher) is a definite yes.
2. vehicles
human vehicles are the warthog jeep, with a 12.7 (50 cal)x 99mm (who comes up with these measurements?)gatling gun ofr a 3 barreled rocket launcher in mp and driver and passenger compartments, the scorpion, a tank with a 80mm gun and a 7.62 mg, and passenger sides
covenant vehicles include the ghost hoverbike, with quad plasma cannons, the banshee aircraft with rockets and auto plasma cannons
and the story is about some alien race who thinks the humans are the devil or somethin in their religon, but i wont spoil anymore
im just waiting for halo 2 to come out on pc, and the only way i now about halo is through a friend that i have, and i have played, so expect good game playin expierence.
