"Inconsistent voice activated", "Voice activated is troublesome. You can follow the directions and still be unable to use the voice activation. Press to talk will work fine. Voice activation without the boom microphone works fine. We have been able to utilize the boom microphone voice activation a couple of times but then for no discernible reason, it will cease voice activation.

"bike to bike", we use units with some two way radios that i've modified to use on our bikes. The talk button is within easy reach so with the boom mic we can chat as we ride with out being side by side or yelling back or forth. After trying at least 4 other models we found the perfect match for our needs in the motorola 56320. It's a pretty sweet setup.

"Dont buy", it lookd very sexy and it caught my eye. Mototrola must be good, Right? Wrong!! the earpiece simply does not work. Dont buy

"Either the earpiece are bad or the radios", Feel like I wasted my money in the radios and earpieces, very disappointed with Motorola products

"light wieght good sound", The 56320 earpiece fits wonderfully and the sound is great with very little noise from the boom mic. When useing the earpiece and the T5420 you have to be careful what you say, the VOX operation will pick up your voice all the way down to a whisper, (don't curse or cus at friends or others on the same channel-they will hear it. I really like this product.

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Boom mic", Never got it. It arrived at the postoffice and was returned because the postoffice had a temporary employee on at the time and wouldn't deliver to the address. And since you wouldn't redeliver or place somewhere for me to contact you about this problem I had no way to get it resent before you put the money back into my account. Won't happen again.

"once you get the hang of it.....", VOX is great if you can use it with these headsets. me and my freind tried this headset out (we had two):

PROS:
~very clear reception
~easy to talk
~VOX activates pretty quickly

Cons:
~ there is about a 2 second delay before VOX turns off and finishes sending your message

"Very happy with this product", My wife and I purchased this product to use when bicycling with Motorola T5950s. This was our first experience with mic/earphone combinations, and we've been very pleased with it. The sound is very clear and easy to understand and we've had no trouble with the device staying on our ears--even though my ears are much larger than my wife's! We've also found them to be quite comfortable--even after two hours we haven't noticed any discomfort. The only negative we've noticed is that there is a 1/2 second or so delay before the VOX (voice activated transmission) kicks in, so we have to start each transmission with an "Aaaa..." before we speak to activate it. That's a function of the radio's VOX, though, and not a problem with the mic/earphone!! Based on our experience, we'd highly recommend the Motorola 56320.

"Excellent Product Better Then More Expensive Ones.", I paintball a lot and have spent well over $100 in different mic's. This one is the only one that my team uses now. It stays on, is very clear and works well for everyone on our team, young, old, big or little ears. We also use it for cycling.

"Will not stay on my ear", I cannot get this to stay on my ear. When I do get it on, it is not close enough to my ear, so it's hard to hear. I now use the earbud model with a PTT/mic on the cord -- Motorola 53727.
