"Up close and personal!"
I purchased this headset for my wife whose wrists get sore when performing activities with her arms for a long period of time. The first time she tried this headset, actually the ONLY time she's ever tried a headset for a phone, she was very happy with their comfort and the clarity of the reception. Additionally the person she was speaking to also
commented on how clear her speach was.
The pricing is reasonable and the functionality is just what you would expect from Panasonic.

Voice quality is clear in both directions. The headset is comfortable. I use it for all my calls, but I have only had the headset for about one month so I cannot really comment on durability. So far so good.

"I tested three...this was the best"
I have always had a tough time finding a headset that worked well. I purchased three (Plantronics M110, a Uniden 'behind the head' model and a Panasonic KX-TCA60) to replace the Plantronics headset that broke, after 8 months of use. I called my son (out of state) and asked him to judge the sound quality of all three.
The Plantronics had the worst sound quality by far. It was so bad that I threw it away. (Good comfort factor, though.)
The Uniden had the highest sound quality and by far the lowest comfort. It was very poorly constructed, and hurt my ear at the spot the plastic head band rested on it. I am keeping it as a back up.
The Panasonic was well constructed, and had a sound quality that was only slightly lower than the Uniden, but the comfort factor was very high, so it is now the one I use daily.

"Love it!"
This headset is great! It fits my head well, although I don't think I could use it for more than 3 hrs (then it starts to hurt). The sound quality is good & the price is just right. I was looking at other headsets that cost around $200 but thought I'd try this one to see how it works. It's great! I hope it lasts as long as my other one (~15 yrs)!
