"Inaccurate", I have CHF and must weigh myself every morning. I need a scale that is very accurate. This one is not. Plus it goes by 2 pound increments. The numbers I thought would be large enough for me to be able to tell if I had lost a pound or gained one. With this scale I can only go by 2 pounds. I'm very unhappy with it.

does a great big weighing job on you and a suit case, side of beef etc.
a no nonsense scale, bar none.
good conversation piece if placed in the guest bathroom.
reset calibration button when needed. keeps it right on the bubble.
suitable for sumo guys as well as weaklings.

cons:

did i mention big, side of beef,industrial strength etc.
must have a sense of humor to enjoy it.
but seriously folks, it is hard to see the fine lines on the scale between each 10 pound increment. red lining the 5 pound increment for the next generation health o meter is a must.

overall, it does a very good job for self weight and subs as a luggage scale. this is a positive. i would buy it again.

now if i can only find a way to redline the 165 pound line.

YES! YES! I DID IT. JUST REMOVED THE FACE PLATE WITH NO NOTICEABLE DAMAGE AND DREW RED LINES AT 5 POUND INCREMENTS WHERE NEEDED. I AM CHANGING THIS SUCKER TO A 5 STAR DEAL, NOW*****

Could be used better in a packing plant somewhere.

"great product!", This is a great product for the bucks...accurate, only drawback is it is a little large, so don't get it for a tiny bathroom. Good Purchase!

"Very, Very Good: Accurate, Durable", I've had this scale for almost a year and it's still just as good as it was when I bought it. I know it's accurate because it gives me the same weight as all the scales at the doctor's office. It is big, but it's sturdy! It's not heavy though. It's a very nice quality. With other spring scales, the numbers on the display are usually too small to read (i'm 5'8 so i have a long way to look!) but with this one i can see it perfectly well. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for an accurate, durable scale.

"Great analog scale", This scale is accurate, consistent, and easy to read. The tick marks are small but are not hard to make out. The adjuster works pretty well and seems flawless after two or three cycles of adjustment and testing. After the initial calibration, I didn't have to fool with the adjustment knob at all. I would buy this scale all over again and recommend it to a friend.

"Excellent Choice!", I was very happy to find this scale. I had been looking for quite some time, all the new scales are digital and rather fancy. I just wanted a simple, old-fashioned scale with a dial on it. No memory for weight recordings, fat indicator, etc.....This fit the bill perfectly.

"Excellent buy", It was bigger than I expected, but I am very pleased with it. I only had to reset it to zero twice and since then each time that I weigh myself it does go back to zero. I get accurate readings, unlike the digital scale that I had before it. I know this scale will not die after only a year and a half of use. No batteries to change and is very well made.

"Very good scale", This scale works very good. It is built very well for a reasonable price. Easy to read numbers, and very accurate. I have stepped on and off several times and get the same weight every time
