"Great Puzzle Helper", This is a great little tool for all you puzzle solvers out there. I've had mine for quite some time now, and I use it all the time. The only negative thing about it is the cover does not stay attached to the base. This is my only complaint.

"Present", I bought this for a gift for someone else who sits with a shut in and does difficult crossword puzzles and other word puzzles daily to pass time.

"Crossword Puzzle Dictionary", I received it promply and was sent an extra one (I may have done this by mistake). I returned it and I was supposed to have gotten a refund. I haven't seen it yet, but maybe it has been posted by now.

"puzzle helper", The service was good the second time I ordered. Them first distuber finally said they did not have the product. The second distuber shipped within two days. The product is not a toy. I use it everday for word scrimmage from the paper. Some words are words I have never heard of or seen before. It's like a brand new dictionary.

"The Puzzle is Solved", I bought this Solver for my father-in-law who is in his 80's. This is very easy to operate and see. I have been looking for something like this for a very long time. I am happy to have finally found something that is easy to operate and understand.

"Great item", This is the 3rd crossword puzzle solver I have had. I wore the other 2 out. This item is great for solving crosswords, cryptograms, etc. I use mine every day. I find that they last a long time and are very durable.

"questionable packaging or delivery", CWP-206 was purchased from Computer Brain via Amazon. It arrived very quickly by FedEx, in apparently undamaged retail packaging. Very middle of the display had black streaks which I thought was protective film. When unable to remove, emailed Franklin with picture, whose reply said display itself was damaged, not covered by warranty. I didn't pursue matter further, too much trouble as device was still usable with some extra steps. Impossible to know when the display was damaged, so where blame lies. CWP-206 is faster and has more features than its CWP-100 predecessor, but is also bigger and more clunky, not for your shirt pocket!

"A valuable puzzle helper.", This puzzle solver is very useful when you've gone as far as you can on your own. It's more enjoyable than looking at an answer sheet. The display could have more resolution, but the letters are big.

"Great for Crossword puzzlers", I actually bought this for my 82 yr old mother - who called and said how delighted she was with the product. She especially likes the feature where she can type in partial letters and get possible solutions. She uses it to help her solve Jumbles as well. It's easy to use, has appropriate words and lots of choices. In fact, she asked me to order another one for her neighbor, who has tried many other types, but was never happy with them. Now he's a convert to this one as well. The only drawback, according to them, is the lid is a little flimsy and with lots of use, tends to come off. Other than that, they love it.

"I cheat. I use this, a dictionary and Google--but I solve the puzzle.", This works beautifully. I have not had it long enough to know how well the battery holds up but am not too worried about that. The only reason I did not give this five stars is because I had a previous edition which was in stainless steel with a soft leather case, and smaller----and thus more handy. Further I am not "digitally gifted" so I fumble about a bit in trying to open it. But it surely does a great job once I get it open. I do not regret my purchase---not one bit.
