"Better then APC", I own 4 of these and find that they are rock solid. I use 2 of them to support a 10K Raid HD system and the other two on tower computers. I had a problem with one of them after an electrical storm and it was replaced within the week for free (I did have to pay to ship the old one back though).

For me being rack mountable was a big deal as well so this was the perfect fit. It is on the expensive side (thus 4 starts) in my opinion compared to desktop versions that do the same thing, but aside from that I'm happy.

"Does the job..", I recently purchased this UPS to replace one that could not handle the load of my two servers. Shortly after I had a power outage and this UPS kept them running smoothly until the power came back on (only a few minutes).
