"Your Very Own Jurassic Park", The other expansion for the original Zoo Tycoon, in case it bears mentioning, this expansion does not work with the sequel (which, again, has its own dinosaur expansion for added confusion). This time around, you get cloning technology that lets your resurrect dinosaurs and other prehistoric beasts. Spinosaurus, plesiosaurus, velociraptor, megatherium, wooly rhinoceros, giant Ice Age tortoise and many others, as well as added Dinosaur-themed attractions for your guest (like a pterodactyl house, and the stegosaurus golf course). This expansion is much more challenging than the original Zoo Tycoon, and adds on some difficult scenarios. The dinosaurs, by dint of their size, tend to need larger exhibits and special fences, and care must be taken in selecting their foliage (lest they smash it!). Furthermore, they need to be cared for by scientists, and captured by a special unit should they escape. I'd recommend getting this if you've already exhausted Zoo Tycoon (and the Marine Mania expansion) as it is best suited for veteran players. But yeah, its your choice. Either way, its a fun and challenging game.

"Digg'n Into The Dino Days!", If you are interested in the past this game is for you! This game has the coolest animals from way back. Using the electrical fences are really fun because you can shock your animals even though you can shock your guests. The Dino Digs is a fun pack of prehistoric beasts! Enjoy!

"Not worth the money at all....Dont waste it!", This game is awful. the dinosaurs are VERY picky. they like a lot of plants, but then they run over them and get mad about the rubble. It is very hard to keep them happy. also, i hired a crew that catches dinos if they escape. when my spinosaurus got out and started eating people, they just stood there! all my guests were screaming and running from my zoo. Very frustrating, and a money waster!!!

"Don't Buy This Game!!!!!", This is great game and a very fun addition to Zoo Tycoon, but you can get it with Marine Mania for the same price as it alone.

The game itself adds plenty of new animals with the addition of dinosaurs. You now have a scientist and a dinosaur collection team. Oh Yeah, if the T-Rex gets out, he will eat your guests!

"Interesting", I pretty much liked this game. It's exciting in most ways, although it could be better. It has good graphics unlike Roller Coaster Tycoon which didn't have that. You can start off with $500,000.00 and less. You have to build your way up with exhibits and interesting scenery. You have to keep your animals happy with food, habitat, and space. On a scale from one to ten I'd give it an eight.

"come see the incredible styracosaurus (and about 19 more)!", really cool graphics. fun gameplay, including 20 dinos plus regular animals, like lions, bears, gallimimus, t. rexes, stegosaurs, giraffes, and even raptors! u can start out with up to $500,000. u can even plant prehistoric trees.

"Only for the Dinosaur lover!", My daughter loved Zoo tycoon. I thought she would like this more, but no. She thinks Dinosaurs are cool but the care and up keep a zoo was not very natural. By natural I mean, she thinks of a Dinosaur in the wild, and it made he uncomfortable thinking of ways to pin them in. It is a mindset that made her stop using the game after a couple of tries.

You might have better luck, but that's what happen to me.

"jurassic jocey!", ok - i LOVE THIS GAME!
i loved zoo tycoon to begin with, i played it for hours everyday.... but when i got dino digs.. good lord. i was staying up until 6am playing! it is so much fun! and it is so addicting! you get the best of both worlds, really. dinosaurs and regular animlas! plus the new items like the slide and the dino burger stand are awesome!
zoo tycoon is the best tycoon game out there, and dino digs just makes it even better :)

and! it's even educational! i have always loved dinosaurs, since i was 5 actually.. and i think it's great how you can read about the dinos and it gives you a nice history about these giants. plus you can make cool themes.. like an ice age theme is my favorite one to do! :)

"Game okay but mechanics poor", I liked Zoo Tycoon but the dinosaur Expansion pak constantly crashes. You work an hour on it and get a black screen and lose all your work. The dinasaurs are constantly breaking out and causing it to be a hard game to keep moving. I mean they ate my scientist,then they ate a maintenance man. I like the original game and believe they could add more animals to it and forget the past.

"A Fine and creative addition to an already exciting game !", Dinosaur Digs is a fine addition to this already exciting game. If you already own Zoo Tycoon then you already know how exciting the can be if you really get creative. Dinosaur Digs allows you to be more creative than ever with many new dinosaur additions including the ferocious T-Rex! I will keep this short and sweet. If you are interested in my review, I suggest you check out my review on the original Zoo Tycoon. I recommend this expansion pack to anyone who enjoys Zoo Tycoo as much as I do. Give it a shot I guarantee that it will not disappoint.
