I'll start off by explaining the graphics this might not be true with your pc, so don't take in to a bad subject. I have to play this game at my friends, his pc is loaded with stuff. He has about 7/8 of his pc memory taken up. What I'm going to say is that in the beggining of every game, it's going to lag! always on the first play or kick return for me. Now I have never played this game on my pc, so it might not be true on your pc. Overall the graphics beat any sport game I have ever seen.

Now I will talk about getting around in the game. For me this was a biggy. I knew nothing. I could'nt do anything without asking my freind where to go to make a team or save my stuff. Because I was at my friends house we couldnt get the direct booklet. Now that I bought the game I have my own book, I read it every once in a while, but I can't play the game. I can't give you any tips but to read that book if you can't find something. Well I have'nt played online yet, so if you get this game it's up to you to figure it out.

Another tiny downpiont is the controls, if you don't like or you are'nt good at knowing where your keys are you might want to buy one of those pc controlers. I would count pionts of for this, but you will eventually get the controls. Now the only thing I do is sometimes I hit S rather than D.(Note: you may not use a mouse on this game, only a special controler or keyboard).

Now I'll say the 2nd last thing. The graphics on this game kick madden 2003 to the moon. The thing 2003 has to make up for that is all those little things like mini-camp or making playbooks of your own.

Overall I don't see anything wrong with this game also if your making a team you can fill in the places for getting people by going to edit. It will automatically edit your teams players and the atributes. You might want to go back and make them 99 each for everything. You just double click on their name. I also suggest you ask parental permission before going online. The people will probly cuse alot... I mean alot!........hey don't forget, they cuse alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last but not least I got one last thing to say before goodbye. Before you do anything go to exibition and then do the teams and go to practice. First when your at practice keep defence off. 2nd, look in your playbook for a running play(It will have green around it). Try to use some skill from the book and run a couple yards, then go to Esc and choose new play. This time choose a passing play(It will be in a purple or blueish color). Then press D to get into pass mode and throw with the letters:S,D,F,R,W. Sometimes certain letters will not be there so learn the plays.

"The Best Madden Game"
Madden NFL 2002 is the best game made by Madden. It has the best graphics of all. When I turned 9 I got it for a present. I also have Madden NFL '99 which is so boring because it is so old you cant get updates for the rosters, uniforms and stadiums for example the Redskins, Patriots, Rams, and a couple more teams have new uniforms. Also the Steelers have moved from Three Rivers Stadium to Heinz Ketchup Field. If your wondering why I'mtalking about Madden NFL '99 is that I lost Madden NFL 2002 or I misplaced it. The player on the cover which I consider not to be is Daunte Culpepper. I might get Madden NFL 2003 but 2002 will probably still be considerd the best. It is a golden game so rush to your computer or your nearest electronics store and buy Madden NFL 2002!!!

"It's okay...if you just play exhibition games"
The commentary is the same stock audio that they have been using for the last 2+ years. The graphics are first rate. The A.I.? Well, I didn't actually get that far. I'm sorry but this is years iteration has THE WORST management tools I've ever had the displeasure of using. I have always considered myself an excellent evaluator of on field talent and have enjoyed the free agent, trade, and draft systems of the previous football games I've purchased...Madden 2002 is woefully lacking in these areas. It's not that the options aren't there, they are just the worst I've seen in recent years. Too bad.

"The BEST Madden Yet!"
This game is lots of fun. Madden and Summeral get kinda annoying after about 2 quarters because they just repeat the same kinda stuff. I mean... I was on 1st and 10 and Madden said it was 4th and inches. I was like cmon what kinda [junk] is that. The create-a-team is cool. They could really use more logos and different helmet styles. They could also add in the sleeves options like on playstation. The graphics are priceless. The hits make you feel like ur there. Overall i gotta give this game a 4. If you wanna buy... GET IT!!!!

"Great Game"
This game is so much fun! First the graphics are amazing because you can see the lights on their helmets, their jerseys are great and thier faces are good too. You can do exabition, pratice, franchise and great games. Before the season,you can edit players meaning you can make him better, and you can create a player. You will enjoy this game. Before a game in the season, you can take your players to the pratice field and they would get better. The stadiums great. They have the fans, scorebord, flags and they are like the ones in real life. The only thing you will find in this game is the fans just sit in thier seats and dont stand up when you get a big time play or touchdown. This game will make you sit in your chair for hours. You should get this game because it is a blast!!!!!!!
