"past user", tho' i did actually managed to build the tower and have the wedding on the roof once it was rather frustrating to play for the most part. what i thought was a game about building a mall/ apt buildting was really all about the elevators. seems the main point of the game was to create a 100 story building with a series of elevators that would take the sims from the parking garage to the roof considering the constraints of how many floors a sim was willing to stay on one elevator and how many times they were willing to change elevators. it was tedious at times but doable.

"I was hooked!", I got this game when I was in 6th grade and still play it today. I have children of my own and they love to watch me play! I love Maxis and most of their games.
Bottom line... Most kids would love this game, it is simple and entertaining.

"Aaron Walsh's Simtower Review", I love the Simtower game. And even though the game can be hard at times, it is very fun. I just wish that Simtower was Windows XP Compatible.

"An oldy but a goody.", I think Sim Tower suffered by virtue of the fact although it was highly inventive, engaging and fun; it looked old fashioned, awkward and silly in a short space of time.
Had it been released in a time when computer technology was not so rapid in it's change and advancement then it may have had a chance to become a classic game.
That said, in my opinion it is a bit of a gem and really quite subtly educational. It has it's faults and flaws but they are part of the fun really. A tip I would offer is to leave it running overnight to build up building funds. You may return to minor disasters, flea bitten hotel rooms, fires, bombs, out of business stores; but you will have the capital to remedy the situation and do some more building. Some good old fashioned kind of computer fun if that can indeed be said!

"SimTower", SimTower is a really great game, but the graphics for people really stink. They are just like pixeled black dots-and when they are red they are angry, if they are blue, they are given a specific name-and the movie places need more movie options. Plus you need to put elevators for higher floors--from 45 to 100 (if you ever reach it)or more. Overall, it is very fun, but don't expect it to have very good graphics!

"Warning: Game might make you forget EVERYTHING ELSE", This game is great for a break from writing a report or studying. My aunt owns her own caffe and loves this game. I guess to say if you have any intrest in buisness you will love this. Its easy to pick up and the only thing you have to worry about is "what time is it ?!?" or "how long have I been playing this!?!"

"This game is stupid.", I own this game. I have gotten a 5 star rating once but it is dumb because if you run out of money and go into debt you can't get your money back or build anything. The people get impatient and stressed out and then they start taking your money away. I would recommend that you buy Spider Man or the Spider Man Movie Game instead of this annoying game that never ends.

"Not as good as some Sim games", The idea is clever: build a supertower for people to play in, shop in, live in, and attend cultural events in. You can build up or down for up to 100 floor but I've never managed to get enough elevators to really do that. And no matter how many cleaners you have and how many stairs you have, everyone will start complaining about something fairly soon. It really needs more options in terms of transportation overall.

"The Best Simplest Game Out There", Easy fun game that makes you really try to win. great game good for anyone that uses the computer.

"Reach for the stars...", SimTower is a fascinating, mind-boggling, simulation where you create a commercial empire with every little accesory you need to keep sims comfortable. Start your tower with a lobby, offices and a cafe, and soon you'll be building Fancy Hotel Suites and ballrooms, restaurants, movie theaters, shops, massive Subway Stations and a... well, I won't spoil the surprise. In SimTower, You're the boss. I reccommend this game for people of all ages.
