"not bad", I liked the music in the movie, so obviously I like this CD. However, some of the tracks were just sampled a bit in the movie. These tracks tended to be overlong dance club music.

"Great Album", This is a soundtrack I can listen to again and again. Loaned out my original one and never got it back. Well now I have it back and boy is it nice.

"great movie, awesome soundtrack", this is one of the best soundtracks I have heard in a long time. the songs really go well and compliment the movie. i was blown away when i first saw "The Matrix", and the soundtrack blew me away even more. with tracks from the propellerheads, rob d, meat beat manifesto, prodigy, and rage against the machine to name a few, this is a great electronic/metal collection.

"Must Have", If you liked the Motion Picture then you have to add the cd to your collection, you will love it.

"Feel the Matrix", Well, all I can say is wow. It makes you feel like you are right back watching the movie. Great mix of artist. If you like the movie you will love the music.

"the best album to drive really really fast while listening to", is the one your looking at right now silly.....A.) im not really a kid, so dont skim over this review and see the words "kids review" on top and automatically think that this will be full of words like uber, or random cuss words......im just going to say this....if u like to drive fast, and listen to some kick butt music while doing it...this album is for you...u can have fun with it, shift in harmony with the beats....its just a fun album...of course u hit some of the slow, orchaestral pieces, which arent bad...most of the songs a fast paced....i remember pulling up to our gas station in town, just got done with clubbed to death, then beat meat manifesto`s prime audio soup came on with that erie, but oh so awsome begining....i scared some little kids, they thought my car was a space ship...it was priceless....well i dont want to ramble on....basically if u like fast music you will enjoy this album! and the movie pwns to (lol sorry had to say it....)

"Could be better", Ministry's "Bad Blood" is the best song on the whole album. But could have added some techno like, Orbital, Aphex Twin, Chemical Brothers, And Fatboy Slim.



They should have added "Come to Daddy (pappy mix)" to the album. Or maybe "Head Like a Hole"

"frenetic and pulsing electro-metal that matters", this stuff rules because it flows extremely well, and represents the tone and attitude of the movie really well. This was actually the first cd I ever got, back in middle school I was introduced to the greatness of Rammstein, Deftones, Prodigy, and Rage Against the Machine through this cd. I highly recommend this to anyone who liked the movie or likes kick butt electronica metal. This is a cd that will always be around in my collection for repeat listens.

"The Matrix Soundtack", An ok mix, with a couple of good songs. TRUST ME, this is an album that you can live without in your collection.

"Decent Soundtrack", This a good CD. But I wanted to make this review to answer J. Tarken "thirty-three" who made a review that stands in the spotlight-reviews. The song that plays when Neo is working on his computer, the first time we see him is Dissolved Girl by Massive Attack. I was very dissappointed that this song wasn't on the soundtrack. If you liked Dissolved Girl I recommend you to check out Mezzanine by Massive Attack. Dissolved Girl is by far not the best song on the album. Buy this one and Mezzanine!
