"Just what I had hoped!", I purchased this book for a book review I had to do in my graduate class. Not only did I end up loving the book but while reading it I called up many friends and family members to share information with them. I suspect I could have slight ADD after this book, but I did get through the whole thing in one sitting! It was a fun read, and it provides great examples and how to's! Even if you do not have ADD I highly recommend this book, it is very helpful for life with tips on organization, managing finances, etc. It is not dragged out with theories and lingo you can not understand, it is straightforward and speaks the truth! Two thumbs up for this book, a great read and a wonderful book to keep in your personal library, if not for you personally, it is extremely helpful to help you work with people who have ADD! :)



"10 Simple Solutions to ADD", I love this book.It arrived quickly, and in great condition. If I didn't have ADD, I would have already left a review. Sorry, working on that.

"A Start", This book was a quick, simple read - just what the ADD need! It's not going to solve your ADD problem 100%, but it certainly provides a great start to improving your current situation.

"Adult ADD", This is a book I wish I'd owned years and years ago. It would have changed my life back then. This book understands the goings-on in the mind of a person with ADD. It cuts to the chase giving advice that can be put into play on the spot. Great handbook.

"No Help", I wouldn't even give this book one star. It read like the author copied every basic article he could find on ADD and put it into this book. It didn't offer answers to anything. It was a waste of my time and money.

"This book was so engaging....", This book was so engaging that I started reading it during a seminar... and continued while driving from Tampa to Gainesville. Yes, while driving and polishing one fingernail at a time. Great tips for newbie's or the seasoned professional...Just when you thought you knew it all! "Great info__author plese larger font", I was all ready to purchase this book, and gave it 5 stars based on the content, the organization, the pretty cover--everything. I was in my final decision stage when I used my favorite feature--look inside. This is why I give the content 5 stars but my feedback for author/editor/publisher and anyone else writing out there especially about ADHD (especially for those of us over 40) is that the font was way too small. At first I thought I must be looking at the copyright page and index page only. I'd love to hear that the remaining chapters are in a larger font than the first...please for the next edition, sacrifice the small size for larger print. You have left plenty of white space in the margins, perhaps that magnifies the effect. I simply can't read books I have to make the effort to read...after all, I have ADD!!

"Great Book for tips to make your life run more smoothly", Very easy and fast read, great for us ADDers. Very good yet simple tips.

Yes, I have heard of some of these tips (anyone will if you watch enough HGTV shows) but there were quite a few I had not heard and were very useful.

My wish was a book not on the subject of ADD but rather a book filled with tips to show me an easy way to organize my home, office, car, bills, daily chores. This book totally fit the bill and I've been recommending it to all my non-ADD friends for organizing their houses!

Only drawback? I wish it had more tips : ) Although I plan to research the references she lists, also very helpful.


"So far the best ADD book I have read", This book is super easy for an ADD person to read! The paragraphs are short and to the point. There is no wasted space on wordiness like in some other ADD books. Some of the tips are simple, but that is helpful as I needed the reminder of the simple tips that are out there. There are many tips in getting family members to help with your quest to simplify your ADD life. That wasn't helpful to me as this is something I want to work-on by myself. But others may enjoy reading those tips. The book is wonderfully put together in that you can open it to any page and start reading. There is no need to read from cover to cover. So far this has been the best ADD book that I have read.
