"The BEST Fitness Journal...IMHO" I have tried a couple other fitness journals and this one is the best one so far. I am on my second BodyMinder! It has all the right fields and enough blank space to keep up with some of my own items to track. I turned my mom and my sister on to it as well. The food counts section in the front is comprehensive. The weekly plans and the space for tracking your measurements. Since all successful people journal, if you want to be successful in reaching your health and fitness goals - you NEED this journal!

"Exceeded My Expectations" I've been working out on and off for a couple of years but have gotten very serious about exercise in the last few months. When a trainer at my gym recommended that I keep track of my work-outs, I began looking for a book that would help me do that. I tried a couple of other books but this one is by far the best. It helps me keep track of my diet, progress and even my work-out expenses!
I would highly recommend this book because it is easy to use and very complete.

It also allows you to track your diet,calories, moods,and other activities. It is simple to use and I would highly recommend it to those that want to keep track of their progress.
"Everything you need to track your workouts and diet" I just love this journal. It has everything you need: check-offs for cardio equipment; spaces for 4 sets for each strength training exercise; a planning section in the front to lay-out your workouts; an indept measurement/progress section in the back.

"Great Fitness Journal", This book makes it easy to track your exercise program and food intake. When you write your food down you tend to watch your diet more closely. A record of your workouts help to switch it up a bit because you now know what you did yesterday or the previous day.
"it makes all the difference in the world", Tracking what you eat and and how you workout is crucial if you are trying to reach goals. I am trying to lose weight and get in much better shape. With this journal I can track every rep done, its intensity, and how much weight was used. I can track how much cardio and what machine was used as well as take notes. I love the notes part because I can comment on my workout and what caused it to be successful or not so successful that day. You can also list what time you worked out, the date, and who your workout partner was.
On the diet part I like that I can list what I had for every meal, and has a separate column for supplements. You ca also leave notes for yourself. I like to explain my diet for particular days, especially if it was poor and write down why.
I really recommend this product if you are trying to record your experience working out and your diet.
"Bodyminder Workout", I love this body minder journal. I can track daily exercises done at home and track what weights and machines I do at the gym. I can also enter what I eat daily and keep a journal of my eating habits.
"Perfect exercise companion", This is the perfect journal for the avid exerciser. It includes spaces for gym workouts, DVD workouts, weight reps, poundage, comments. It also has space for calorie counts, goals, and more, including the calorie content of popular foods! This is the only journal I use!

Read this reviews before You buy...
"Great journal for Weight Lifters and Fitness Buffs", This is a great journal for a variety of reasons. It has lots of room for the number of things that weight lifters keep track of (e.g., exercise name, sets, reps, amount of weight lifted, etc.) and also allows for weekly goal setting, nutritional info. and progress. It also has room for other exercise activities, aerobics, running, cycling, etc. The spiral bound notebook is tough and looks new even after repeated trips to the gym. Overall, this is the best fitness journal for weights that I've found. My only suggestion would be to provide one or two additional columns for 5th and 6th sets of weight workouts.
"Love it, Love it, Love It", This Journal is great, the only thing I wish it had was the time of day I rise & go to bed, I use the Time of Day in the Cardio Work out now. Also I want to track the time I take each meal. I use the space following Breakfast, Snack, etc.. Just a thought if/when you update the manual. I really like the comment section since I recently stopped smoking I am able to track my days there and the "Met today's goals?" is great.
"Body Minder Workout and Exercise Journal", This journal is fabulous, it has a section for all days for exercise and diet. Very awesome journal, however after 13 weeks you have to get another. Good price for it and works great!
"Great Book", I bought this so I could get on track with my workouts. I am planning to use it this year to better monitor my weight-loss and workout. This book is very detailed and it makes you look at the harsh facts that we all tend to eat poorly. So pick this one up if you are ready to dedicate some time to your overall health.
"Nice", Excellent product includes a section for Diet, weight, supplements and workout. I took mine to the gym for the first week and ended up loosing it. Its better kept at home and great for tracking progress and planning workouts and keeping track of supplements. Be sure to buy a tape measurer to keep track of changes. Also the diet portion is very small but still affective. Also has a place to write down how you are feeling and who your working out with. Even has a part to write down your emotions, I call it the Dr. Phil section.
