"This is a terrific cookbook!"
It is not always easy to find healthy-eating cookbooks with delicious tasting recipes. However, this cookbook is the exception. The recipes are tasty, the instructions clear and easy to follow, and all the nutritional information is listed. I have been on Weight Watchers and it was no problem calculating the points of each recipe, and finding some new, exciting and delicious dish to cook for supper. What I have done is share this cookbook with "the gals as work", and they have been just as enthusiastic about the recipes as I am. This cookbook was well worth the money!

this is one of my favorite cookbooks. i've tried quite a few recipes and they all turn out delcious!. (example, curry cashew burgers).
the best thing about the cookbook is that it doesn't skimp on taste because it's healthy. i have a various amount of cookbooks and this is one of my favorites. i tend to loan cookbooks from the library first in case i don't like them, this is one i had to buy!.

"Great healthy food ideas"
I have made several of the receipes from this cookbook. All came out great. Instructions are easy to follow and the ingredients are healthy. I checked it out of the library before I bought it and now feel it was well worth the investment.

"One of my favorite cookbooks!"
I've been a fan of Eating Well magazine for years, so it's no surprise to me that they would produce such an exciting, delicious and usable cookbook. Every recipe is based on real food, not the Frankenfoods that many dieters are used to. The recipes do take some time to prepare, but the outcome is well worth it.

The recipes are perfect for most diet plans, as well as anyone not on a diet that just wants to eat better. South Beachers can use this book, so I'm not sure why the previous reviewer gave it a poor review, especially since she hadn't even browsed the book. Some of the recipes do use white sugar, but there are plenty of recipes in this cookbook to qualify for the South Beach and Sonoma Diets. Weight Watchers are in luck because every recipe includes calories, fat, and fiber counts, so they can easily calculate the points.

This is a cookbook that I would recommend to anyone, not just dieters. Every recipe focuses on flavor and high quality ingredients, and just happen to be reduced calorie. My favorite recipe would be the Mediterranean Burgers with Olive Ketchup. Had it not been for this recipe, I would have never tried millet, a very nutritious whole grain.

I refer to Eating Well magazines and cookbooks at least once a week, usually more often. I've never been disappointed in one of their recipes. I highly recommend this cookbook :)

"Great resource"
If you care about the nutritional value of your meals, but don't want to sacrifice flavor this book is a gem. So far I have made several different recipes and I have been pleased with the results. I recommend adding extra herbs and spices for those of you who are "flavor-junkies" like me.
The baked goods are not super sweet, but at least they are good and you can eat them relatively guilt-free. Buy the book, experiment a little, and feel good about what you're eating!

"Love it!", This is such a great cookbook. There are a few recipes that call for ingrediants that you have to get at a specialty store but most you can get at a normal supermarket. The recipes are full of flavor and easy to prepare for the most part. Just looking through the book I get excited about cooking!

"Tasty dishes", Overall, I really like this cookbook. I was looking for new, exciting dishes that didn't pile on the calories. This certainly delivers. I've only made a handful of recipes but have yet to be disappointed.

"This Cookbook is ESSENTIAL to healthy eating!", If you are looking for a myriad of tasty meals: appetizers, soups, salads, sides, main entrees and holiday menus that guests will rave about and ALL of the recipies are healthy, this is the cookbook for you. I have purchased several copies and given them away as gifts as my friends have complimented me on my dishes. My secret was this cookbook. Many of the meals are easy although there are some that are moderate or more complicated. Regardless of your cooking level, take the chance and learn to eat and cook well -- Bon appetite!

"One of the Best", My husband and I spent almost an entire summer eating out of this cookbook. The recipes are fantastic, especially if you aren't used to cooking with things like whole-wheat flour or dark, leafy greens. After buying this book, making homemade pizza with whole-wheat crust became a weekly event. What's really cool is that it inspired us to be more creative with healthy ingredients as well. We've done countless, healthy variations on the abovementioned recipe, and the Basic Chicken Saute recipe is one of the easiest, quickest, and most versatile recipes ever. All you really need is chicken and whatever healthy things you've got in the pantry or fridge. I also really enjoyed the vegetarian section. I'm not a vegetarian, but I enjoy having a couple meat-free meals per week. These were creative, flavorful recipes without a lot of that fake stuff that's supposed to make you feel like you're eating meat. In fact, all the recipes use real, honest ingredients; nothing spooky. Highly recommended.

"Great Cookbook!", This is a great cookbook. It breaks down the recipes, tells you how much time they each take and gives an indication of how difficult it will be to make. The recipes I've made so far have all been great. I highly recommend this for people needing to find diet recipes.

"Great Book", Everything that I've tried so far has been very tasty. The title says it all, good fats, carbs and great flavors.

"Excellent cookbook!", This book was given to me as a gift when I first began cutting out white flour, rice and sugar from my diet. I have cooked many of the recipes and have found each to be very good. I have five children and they all enjoy and ask for many of the muffin recipes. (They especially love the banana.) I have substituted other flours in place of the white flour called for in some of the recipes with brown rice flour, etc. and they have all turned out marvelous. I have served these meals to guests, brought many things in to work and everyone agrees, they are awesome! Just today I made the black bean with brown rice and chicken wraps. They were wonderful! It is very easy to eat healthier with this cookbook. You will not regret purchasing it.

"Fantastic taste, easy to find ingredients. #1 on our shelf", I've got a lot of cookbooks and this one ranks #1 on our list. It's got clear instructions, tasty recipes, and it appeals to a variety of taste buds--tonight we served quinoa stuffed peppers for our vegan friend, the other night edamame/feta dip. We've not had a failure yet. And we're feeding a 3 and 4 year old too. No rejections on their parts either!

Clear the shelves. Rachel Ray move over (yeah--30 minute meals using ingredients that you spend hours trying to find in the gourmet shops mega miles away).

"This book is great!", I haven't had the chance to make very many of the recipes, but, I can
tell you this....I want to try almost every one of them. They look and
sound terrific. The recipes have ingredients that I love and, for the
most part, keep on hand. I'm looking forward to getting started
