"Great Book!", This is my first cross stitch book, and I find it great! In variety of designs, creativity and wide range designs for any occasion. I like that it brings easy to do as well as more complicated designs. Overall a nice bible to refer anytime.

"Fantastic reference", I simply *LOVE* this book. Its a reference I have returned to again and again for little motifs, alphabets, borders... I've made ornamets, full framed wall pieces... its simply excellent. There are pages for each season and holiday (including Hanukkah), state flowers, babies, toys, kitchens, pets, professions, and more. If you enjoy cross stitch, you cannot go wrong with this full-color easy-to-read book. Every graph has a finished photo. Can't praise it enough!

"Just what I was looking for", My mother-in-law lent me this book when I was just starting to learn cross stitch and I must say I love it, which is why I am here to buy it actually.

The charts are in colour and clear and it gives plenty of items throughout the book or interesting things to do with cross stitch. The back has a section for some more unusual stitches. With some markers and graph paper it is easy to take a design and modify it to your liking. Perhaps when I am more experienced in this artform this book may not be so handy for me but for now it is excellent.

"Great resource!", I love this book! It has lots of designs and they are all quite simple. They are perfect for a small sampler, book mark or ornament. Very handy.

"Great designs for quaint, cute, unique and quick cross stitching", This book is well divided into categories and includes theme favorites, such as Christmas, holidays, flowers, hearts, alphabets, etc. The book also includes unique & fun designs within those and other categories: castles, dragons, carousel horses, frogs, Uncle Sam, state flowers, etc. Full color photographs of the finished designs precede by a page the full color design instructions. The designs can be used for small projects (bookmarks, jar toppers, etc.) or they can be combined to create larger projects.

"2001 Cross Stitch Designs", Fantastic book for beginners as well as advanced stitchers. It has something for everyone. Easy to follow, with wonderful color photos as well as color instructions. I highly recommend this book to everyone whether a beginner or novice. I thumb through it on a regular basis to see something I missed the first 10 times I have looked through it. You will not be dissapointed in this one.

"An excellent resource", I absolutely love this book. It has full color examples of each pattern followed by the charts on the very next page. There is a little bit of everything, from cute and cuddly to beautiful and elegant. Simply WOW. Even my two teenage daughters were impressed with this book. The three of us give it SIX THUMBS UP!
